I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and enjoyable with a balcony facing a lovely indoor courtyard. The service was friendly and responsive, although a bit more attention to detail could be given. The location was excellent for exploring the central area of Ketchum. The dining experience was outstanding, especially the handmade pasta.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were nicely equipped and had a balcony for enjoying morning coffee, plus a hot tub for relaxing. However, the cleanliness fell short of my expectations. The staff, though accommodating, made my stay more pleasant despite the cleanliness issue.
The hotel is conveniently located just off Main Street, within walking distance of everything in the heart of Ketchum. The rooms were fitted with basic amenities and clean, although there were some issues after the first night. The staff ticked all the boxes with spacious rooms and even assisted in a package delivery, providing great recommendations. However, more parking is needed and dining options could be improved.
